Term and Conditions

Cityhoppers LTD, trading as Quick Chauffeur, provides luxury chauffeur services in collaboration with our partner, Top Chauffeur SAS, based in France. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

These terms govern all services booked through our platform, including chauffeur-driven transfers and private hire services provided by Quick Chauffeur and its partners.

  1. Booking and Confirmation
  • Bookings can be made online through our website or by contacting our customer support.
  • Your booking will be confirmed once you receive an email detailing the ride, including the pickup location, date, time, and the type of service booked.
  • All bookings are subject to vehicle availability, and in rare cases, we may provide an equivalent vehicle if the requested one is unavailable.
  1. Services Offered
  • Airport Transfers: Door-to-door service with real-time flight tracking and 60 minutes of free waiting time at airports.
  • Private Hire: Available for city tours, corporate events, and long-distance travel.
  • Meet & Greet Service: Your chauffeur will greet you at the pickup location with a name sign and assist with luggage.
  • Luxury and Eco-Friendly Options: Choose from a wide range of luxury vehicles, including electric and hybrid cars.
  1. Pricing and Payments
  • All pricing is fixed and includes taxes, tolls, and gratuities. There are no hidden fees.
  • Payment is required at the time of booking through our secure online platform.
  • Additional services such as child seats, extra stops, or waiting times beyond the free allowance may incur additional charges.
  1. Cancellations and Refunds
  • Free Cancellations: Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are free of charge.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the full price of the booking.
  • In case of cancellation by us (due to unforeseen circumstances), a full refund will be issued.
  1. No-Show Policy
  • Airport Pickups: If you do not arrive at the pickup point within 60 minutes after the scheduled pickup time, it will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be provided.
  • Other Locations: For non-airport pickups, a no-show will be recorded if the passenger does not arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled time.
  1. Passenger Responsibilities
  • Passengers are responsible for providing accurate information during booking, including the number of passengers and luggage.
  • Chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse service if the passenger count or luggage exceeds the vehicle’s capacity, or if passengers engage in inappropriate behavior.
  • Child Safety: Child seats must be requested in advance and the correct age and size of the child must be provided. Failure to do so may result in service refusal.
  1. Waiting Time and Delays
  • We provide 60 minutes of free waiting time at airports and 15 minutes at other pickup points. After this time, waiting charges may apply, calculated based on the vehicle class and location.
  • For flight delays, we monitor flight statuses in real-time. If your flight is delayed, your chauffeur will adjust the pickup time accordingly. However, significant delays (over 4 hours) may require rescheduling.
  1. Conduct and Behavior
  • Smoking, excessive drinking, and the consumption of illegal substances are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.
  • Passengers must follow all road safety rules, including wearing seat belts.
  • Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger will be charged to the passenger for repairs or cleaning.
  1. Force Majeure
  • We are not liable for delays or service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, traffic conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
  1. Liability
  • Quick Chauffeur and its partners are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability for any service provided is limited to the amount paid for that service.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or mechanical breakdowns beyond our control.
  1. Governing Law
  • These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in London, UK.
